A key event in the field of Caribbean biodiversity conservation, the 5th Caribaea Initiative Research & Conservation Conference took place in Martinique from June 10 to 12, 2025.\u00a0This biennial event brings together researchers, experts, and managers dedicated to the study and conservation of biodiversity in the insular Caribbean. It provides an excellent platform for sharing scientific knowledge and experiences to address the challenges related to biodiversity preservation in this unique region.<\/p>\n

Building on the success of previous editions, the 2025 program featured presentations by three keynote speakers, as well as oral and poster communications.
