They help cover the association’s essential operating costs and provide the co-funding required for many projects, which are rarely financed at 100% by donors and funding bodies. In this way, they create a real leveraging effect, enabling us to secure additional funding for Caribbean biodiversity conservation.

Tax benefits
As Caribaea Initiative is recognised as an organisation serving the public interest, donations made by individuals who are liable for tax in France may qualify for a tax reduction of 66% of the amount donated, within the limits set by current legislation.
This means that, after tax relief, a €100 donation may effectively cost you only €34.
A tax receipt can be issued for eligible donations.

Make an in-kind donation
You can also support Caribaea Initiative by donating equipment, goods or services that may be useful to our projects, such as scientific or IT equipment, supplies, transport, accommodation, temporary use of premises, or professional services.
As our needs vary from one project to another, please contact us before donating or sending any equipment, so that we can assess together whether it meets a current need and discuss the practical arrangements.
